Kathie Pugaczewski, CAE, CMP
Kathie has over 30 years of experience in association management, business transformation and leadership. She has worked for staffed associations as well as association management companies as an executive director and vice president of functional areas including operations, technology, marketing communications, professional development, events and member services.
Areas of expertise include business development and growth, design and marketing communications, content development, professional development, event management, operations, tech stack integration, User Experience (UX), Customer Experience (CX), and strategic partnerships.
She has worked with several sectors including training and development, organization management, business, product development, competitive intelligence, legal, hospitality, engineering, academic, healthcare, human resource development, qualitative research, and construction.
